St James Rest

This apartment was purchased under restricted access due to a tenant occupying the premises and during covid restrictions. The apartment once purchased was renovated and reconfigured within two months, during which time we had lined up holiday bookings. This apartment was converted from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroomed, two bathroomed apartment. Now this apartment can be rented out to families as well as couples.

BEFORE

This apartment went through a reconfiguration and total refurbishment. A cabin room with bunk beds were added taking some space from the kitchen living room. An en-suite was added to the master bedroom and a new condensed kitchen was designed to give back more space to the living room.
