How do you market my property? 
We partner with leading aggregators and personally evaluate your pricing structure on a weekly basis to maximise your occupancy and revenue.
As the owner how often can I use my property?
As often as you like, it is up to you whether you use your home during peak seasons or take advantage of the increased revenue. As holiday home owners too we generally use it when it is empty but sometimes block it out on the calendar for special occasions, there are no rules.
I worry my property will get damaged?
We make sure a deposit is taken to help reduce the risk against damage. If accidents happen we will act promptly to make sure your future guests are not affected.
How do you keep me updated on my property bookings?
We provide you with a spreadsheet that updates as bookings arrive, you will see who has paid and what is pending and outgoing costs.
How do we get paid?
You will get paid directly for all bookings. We will then invoice monthly for any commissions on the bookings already paid to you.
