BEFORE
This cottage went through a reconfiguration and total refurbishment. A new stud wall was added to the third floor to allow for a bathroom to be within the two bedroomed home above. A freestanding bath was added to the master bedroom. Along with a new kitchen on the ground floor. To separate the studio a trap door and new staircase was added below the existing stairs. The basement had to be tanked to prevent damp and sound proofing the ceilings to prevent noise between the two self contained units.
