We were blown away with this two bedroomed apartment when we first saw it but knew if we could convert it into two separate units we could add extra value and generate more revenue. This apartment was converted from one apartment into two and restyled within a month. A cabin room was introduced into what was a utility room and a mezzanine was constructed to add a split level into the one bedroomed apartment. A lobby area was introduced between the two apartments. As this is a grade 1 listed property the restrictions prevent you from altering the external structure.

This apartment was converted into two apartments to utilizing every available space to maximise occupancy. We managed the whole process from structural work to decoration to styling ready to welcome guests.
